MCTS Instructors and Engineers

4 years of teaching & consulting experience, MCTS certification and a consistent track record is required. In addition, a 4-year degree is preferred, but not required. The person who fulfills this position will be responsible for teaching technical classes and configuring and maintaining network systems.

MCDBA Instructors and Engineers

4 years of teaching & consulting experience, MCDBA or MCTS certification and a consistent track record is required. In addition, a 4-year degree is preferred, but not required. The person who fulfills this position will be responsible for teaching technical classes and administering Microsoft based applications.

.NET Developers

We have a current need for .NET Framework/MS SQL Server Developers that retain at least three years of experience working with .NET Framework and developing MS SQL Server solutions. Listed below are the minimum requierments for this position;

** .NET Framework Certification (preferred)
** Microsoft SQL Certified (nice to have)
** Client Consulting Experience

Microsoft SharePoint Administrator

We have a current need for a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator in the Orange County area that retains at least three years of real world experience working in the areas below and has strong communication skills.

** 3 - 5 Years professional experience providing architecture and implementation of SharePoint applications.

This Human Resources Generalist position is one of the core positions of the Soft-Train Team. This position is an opportunity for motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic, with strong communication skills, who are driven by rewards, initial and ongoing training, along with opportunities for advancement. The applicant must have the following skill sets:

Willing to teach Microsoft Business Applications after appropriate Train The Trainer classes.
Basic Knowledge of Human Resources
Good writing techniques
A Recruiting Background
Type 40 WPM
