The Solution Process
Soft-Train has developed a proven methodology that we utilize within all of our consulting projects. This methodology is referred to as "The Turn Key Solution." This process for technical planning has enabled us to provide our clients with effective solutions that meet project timelines and budgetary constraints. In addition, each stage of "The Turn Key Solution" is based on receiving feedback from the client. Our clients will receive a solution that is based on their needs and not the consulting houses resources. The Turn Key Solution is comprised of four stages, which we have outlined below.
Phase 1 - Envisioning
The purpose of the Envisioning Phase is to document the business processes that our technical team will be automating.
Phase 2 - Planning
During the Planning Phase, the technical team will convert the business processes that were defined within the envisioning phase into a technical blue print. The network engineer, software developer or technical writer will use the blueprint as a roadmap within the development/implementation phase.
Phase 3 - Development / Implementation
During the Development/Implementation phase, the technical team will implement or develop the solution.
Phase 4 - Stabilization
During the Stabilization Phase, our technical team will perform both Alpha and Beta tests to insure the integrity of the solution.
