Vendor Certifications

The versatility found within our Technical Services Department has enabled Soft-Train to provide effective solutions at a cost-effective rate.  Our clients can be assured that the recommendations are based upon their needs and not Soft-Train's resources.  Below, we have outlined the software and hardware houses that Soft-Train employees retain certifications. 

Microsoft

Soft-Train is a certified support center for Microsoft products.  We provide solutions and consultation services throughout the United States.  Soft-Train employs over 16 Microsoft Certified technical professionals.  Microsoft products have become the industry standard for supporting corporate America's IT requirements.  As such, the demand for qualified Microsoft professionals is very high.  Whether interests reside within ecommerce Development/Administration, Network Administration, Web Server Administration, Application Development, or Database Administration, Soft-Train employs a team of competent engineers to meet the diverse requirements of the millennium.

Novell

Soft-Train employs multiple Novell Engineers.  In fact, our current staff is comprised of three Certified Novell Engineers (CNE) and one Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE).  Our Novell Engineers retain a combined experience of over 20 years. NetWare has become one of the most reliable and stable Network Operating Systems available for network engineers.  In fact, NetWare is world renowned for its directory and file services.  Our technical professionals will be able to address all needs ranging from Network Operating System (NetWare) to their GroupWare system (GroupWise).

Oracle

Oracle is one of the renowned and most versatile Client/Server development tools available.  Oracle is ideal for creating large scale cross platform databases.  Soft-Train currently employs 4 certified Oracle professionals, who all retain extensive experience. 

Lotus

Lotus Notes has become one of the most dominant products in the GroupWare market.  Organizations are deploying Notes for a variety of reasons such as electronic mail, document collaboration, and Web deployment. Soft-Train is an authorized support center for all Lotus desktop products.  In addition to the end user products, Soft-Train also retains an extensive background with Notes/Domino.  Our solutions with Notes/Domino have been in the areas of both development and administration.  Soft-Train currently employs three certified Lotus development professionals.

Cisco

Currently, there is a large market demand for Cisco Certified professionals.  This popularity results from a wide spread use of Cisco products.  In fact, Cisco routers are the most commonly used routers within most large-scale networks.  Soft-Train employs four Cisco Certified Engineers to address the enterprise needs.

Quark

Most corporations require a certain amount of expertise relating to Desktop Publishing.  Soft-Train is a certified center for Quark.  This certification exposes Soft-Train to desktop publishing tools, which normally would not be made available to the general public. 

Hewlett Packard, Compaq & AST

Soft-Train currently employs two Hewlett Packard certified technicians, one Compaq certified technician and two certified AST technicians.  These certifications enable Soft-Train to guarantee its recommended hardware solutions to the entire customer base.  Hardware certifications guarantee product knowledge.

Citrix

Citrix solutions provide corporations with a cost effect solution to meet their hardware & communication needs.  In addition, security issues can be managed very easily with Citrix solutions.  Soft-Train currently employs two certified Citrix professionals.
